Proposal
After chatting, we gather what we've discussed and package it up into an online proposal for you to sign and provide some extra details to ensure we're doing things properly.
Onboarding
We take care of the set up behind the scenes, this involves contacting your previous accountant to let them know of the change and managing the transfer of your work files, as well as getting you all set up in our systems.

Question 2: What are your costs?
Our Peace of Mind package starts from $70 per week (including GST) for a single trading entity.
Unlike traditional once-a-year accounting services, our packages include ongoing support throughout the year, tailored tax estimate updates, and access to advice when questions come up. No surprises with tax or fees over here.
Every business is different, so we'll recommend the right package after learning more about your business and what support you need.
Question 3: How are Resonate Advisory different to other accountants?
We combine big-business experience with practical small-business advice.
We've worked within large organisations, but we've also built and run our own businesses. That means we understand that business decisions don't happen in isolation – they affect your cashflow, your family, your stress levels, and your lifestyle.

Question 4: What accounting systems do you use?
We're a Xero-focused practice.
We use Xero because it gives business owners real-time visibility over their numbers and makes it easier for us to work together throughout the year.
We also work with a range of apps that connect with Xero to streamline bookkeeping, payroll, reporting and cashflow management. If you're already using Xero, great. If you're not, we can help you move across.
Question 5: Do I need an accountant if I already use Xero?
Absolutely.
Xero is a powerful tool, but software can't tell you whether you're paying too much tax, pricing your work correctly, managing cashflow effectively, or making the right decisions for your business. Nor will it take ownership for any of it.
The software gives you the numbers. Our job is to help you understand what they mean and what to do next.
