Please use this form to collate all your key business information that isn't on Xero. We need this information to complete your annual compliance as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Annual Terms of Engagement

I hereby instruct Resonate Advisory Limited to prepare financial statements (if required) and income tax return/s for the year ended 31 March 2026 for the entity and/or individuals named below. We undertake to supply all information necessary to carry out such services and will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of such

information as we understand you rely on this information provided by us. If a figure is provided below, we acknowledge that we have the documentation to support or justify this number if required.

All other Terms and Conditions of this engagement are the same as those referred to in the original Agreement signed when we became a client.

Please fill out one form per entity

Bank statements, spreadsheet, etc. (ideally we will get you into Xero soon enough though ;) )

Supporting Documents Required

This is where you upload supporting documents in relation to the business

While Xero does feed directly from your bank, looking at the actual statement is a check we do to ensure it's in balance (and nothing is missing). Screenshots from online banking are sufficient!
This relates to loans for share purchases as well, and if you've refinanced recently please get in contact to have a chat about this!
E.g. new laptop, phone, signage, etc.
E.g. Cash, hire purchase (with/without trade in), bank loan, Afterpay
Note for livestock we need to know: Type, Age, and Amount

Personal expenses related to the business

The definition is a 'dedicated area' for the business in your personal home
Provide the sqm dedicated to business use only (e.g. 50% of garage is personal so instead of providing entire garage sqm area, just provide 50% of garage sqm)
This is for personal motor vehicle use only - business-owned motor vehicles are already accounted for
You can use a sample 3 months' worth of travel to apply to the whole year, or you could look at total kilometres travelled in the vehicle and apply a rough business use percentage
(e.g. entertainment or travel on personal credit card)

Please use this one form to collate information for ALL relevant individuals

Anything else?

E.g. sale & purchase agreement, share purchases, loan summaries for share purchases, insurance premium invoice greater than $12k, lease arrangements, holiday pay balances,etc.
